I am recruiting for an experienced Russian speaking private chef to work for an UHNW family, based in ASTANA, Kazakhstan. The job is to start as soon as possible.

To apply you must be an experienced chef who speaks Russian and has very good experience working in high end hotels and restaurants or privately for UHNW clients. The conditions on offer are very high quality – this is an excellent employer. The employer has a fully staffed household.

CONDITIONS:
From 6 (7a.m.) till 7 (8) p.m., banquets and events - non-standard work day.
High salary is negotiable (after probation period).
Full social package, insurance, return flights and documental support.
Living costs at the employer`s expense (full accommodation provided – a family can also live with you in Astana or you can travel home every 6 months)

REQUIREMENTS:
Age 38-50
Over 7 years’ experience in working with VIP-families and Michelin restaurants.
Highly skilled in cooking and setting and serving a wide range of foods, including KAZAKH cuisine.
Good experience in a banquet facility.
Nice and affable manners
Readiness to work overtime

DUTIES:
Preparing breakfasts, lunches, brunches and dinners, servicing banquets and events.
Planning menu together with the principal.
Proven ability to clean work area.
Checking food for quality and expiry dates, maintaining order in the refrigerator.
Keeping records of expenses and reporting to the landlords.
Purchasing products: 1-3 times a week together with a supply manager in order to set priorities and check products quality.
