Rota Nanny job: month on/month off – International travel – Bilingual English and Spanish speaker needed please.

My clients are UHNW Russian family and they are seeking an experienced native English speaking nanny who can also speak Spanish to care for their 2.5 year old daughter. My clients divide their time between their properties in London/Ibiza and New York/Miami so you need to be comfortable with travelling often. The job will be entail full nanny duties however the houses will be fully staffed so only nursery and nanny duties required.

The family also have a lovely English nanny who I placed with them last year. It is very important that your first language is English and you are well spoken and that you can also offer a second language of either Spanish or Russian.

The contract will be for an initial one year however the family are looking for someone who will stay on as the family nanny long term.

The working schedule is one month on / one month off. Whilst you are working you will live with the family and will sleep in the child’s room. During your month off you will be flown back to the UK.

The annual salary is 50K€

The ideal candidate will have either an education background and now work as a governess or a very solid nannying/ teaching background. The family also want someone who is healthy and will promote an active lifestyle with their daughter. You will also need to be comfortable on boats and be able to swim.

Your personality is the key to this job and my clients are wanting a nanny who not only has a solid career behind her but also has qualities such as being kind hearted, wise, warm, funny, friendly and caring as you will be both a friend and a role model this little girl so you need to be very special.
